After decades in the diamond industry and dealing with jewellers on a daily basis, we decided that when we opened our retail division we would do business differently and nearly 15 years on, we know that we made the right decision.

But what makes us different? Well, call us old fashioned, but we wanted to make the experience of buying a diamond as exciting and pleasurable as it is to own one. We began by creating window displays that are stylish but accessible - and ensure that the impression remains once inside.With comfortable viewing areas as well as a private room, we like to keep the focus on the fine jewellery and unnecessary distractions to a minimum.

We also offer excellent coffee and always keep a supply of chilled champagne for when we fancy a spot of ‘spontaneous consumption’. Whether it’s the diamonds, the coffee or the champagne - we’re not sure but all of our customers seem to like the ‘Arlington Experience’ enough to visit us again, or are kind enough to recommend their friends and family to us.
